Michael Barbarita has owned and operated Retail, Manufacturing and Service companies over the last 30 years. One of the retail companies he operated called “Ski Town USA” grew from $2.5 Million to $8.0 million in less than 5 years. One of the products he manufactured was “Cookies To Scoop Frozen Cookie Dough” and was featured on the QVC Home Shopping Network and was selected as one of the top 20 products in the State of Massachusetts in 1997.

He has sat on the Board of Directors of 5 different companies. He was a Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for a large specialty retailer. He was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for all of his previously owned companies as well. Michael has been involved in the structuring of leveraged buyouts. He has experience in owning both commercial and residential investment real estate. He also has experience exporting and doing business on a global scale. He is an award winning public speaker and Published Co-author. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.

Anthony Tabbak

CFO

Anthony Tabbak brings 30+ years of cross-industry Senior Financial and Operational Management experience. As a CFO Consultant, he has the ability to deliver business vision, focus, strategy and execution to drive growth and profits and enhance cash flow, optimize selling, pricing, margins and processes, decrease costing, support owners and CEOs to have better understanding and controls of their business and make better business decisions.

Anthony has a BS in accounting and MIS from Indiana University, an MBA Finance from Wisconsin University. He became a Certified Professional Advisor with Plan Guru in 2019, a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) in 2007 and a Certified Public Accountant (AICPA) in 1994. Anthony started out his career with one of the ‘Big Six’ audit firms and was during his career the audit manager in charge of international companies such as Thales, Veola, Samsung, NYSE/Euro next (Qatar), ExxonMobil ME, Gaz De France, Aston Martin. He later held senior financial and general managerial positions with multinational companies - Schering Plough (USA), adidas ME, Warner Music MENA, Louis Dreyfus (Europe & Africa). Since 2011, he has been part-time CFO consulting to many different companies and industries. Anthony works out of our Florida office but can work remotely with clients from anywhere in the world.

Chuki has helped business owners and leaders successfully practice the art and science of business development for decades. In collaboration with Michael Barbarita, he is a co-author of "Powerful Business Strategies". This is the book that documents how business owners across industries can find a minimum of $50,000 in hidden annual recurring revenue in 50 minutes without spending an additional dollar on marketing and advertising. In addition to his work as an executive of a global firm, Chuki volunteers his time to coach small business owners. He is a graduate of Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and The University of Texas at Austin.
